NSBE Membership Types

Professional - Professional membership is open to all professionals who hold a degree in engineering, computer science, math and the applied sciences. Graduate students have the option to join NSBE as either a collegiate or an Alumni (technical professional) member. All others are invited to become affiliate members.

Affiliate - All others who do not meet the above requirements are invited to become affiliate members.

How to Join

NSBE NATIONAL & GSC DUES

Alumni Extension (AE)/Technical Professional National dues are $50, annually. Your AE membership is free the first year after college graduation.

Greenbelt Space Chapter dues are currently $50.00, annually.

DESCRIPTION OF COST

  • National Dues: $50.00
  • Chapter Dues: $25.00 (prerequisite: active national membership)
  • TOTAL: $75.00

To join/renew NSBE National membership, go to the NSBE National website and click the Join NSBE button on the top right.

Once you are a national member, you may join/renew GSC membership by:

  2. Submitting your GSC annual dues:
    1. Cash/Check - Arrange delivery of cash or check to the GSC treasurer or any member of the Executive Board.
    2. Direct Funds Transfer - If you bank at NASA FCU, you can let them know that you would like to make a deposit into the NSBE-GSC account for membership. Be sure to include a note with your first and last name and the reason for the deposit (annual dues, scholarship donation, support )
    3. Cash App - $NSBEGreenbeltChapter. You can download the app from the Apple Store or GooglePlay.
    4. Paypal - Log into PayPal and navigate to 'Send and Request'. Send money to: info@nsbe-gsc.org . Choose the option to send to a friend (This is not a payment for an item or service). If asked for a name to send your payment to, enter: Leslie Garrison-NSBE.
